About Tim

Tim Fleming has been practicing both criminal and family law since his admission to the Pennsylvania and Centre County Bar Associations since 1983-84. A thirty-three year resident of Centre County, Pennsylvania, Tim graduated from Cardigan Mountain School, a boys pre-preparatory school, in Canaan NH, the Mercersburg Academy preparatory school, Syracuse University, and the Ohio Northern College of Law in Ohio.

Through 35 years of practice, Tim has been an Assistant District Attorney and First Assistant District Attorney, a partner in a six-man law firm formerly Lee, Martin, Green and Reiter, in Bellefonte, PA, and the owner of his own firm Fleming Law Offices, since 2002. His dual role as both a prosecutor and defense lawyer has given Tim a unique insight that many other defense attorneys do not share. Knowing the other side’s game plan is critical to a good defense strategy.

Tim has represented hundreds of people from all walks of life in Central Pennsylvania during his 35 years of practice. He has represented students charged with all levels of crimes at Penn State University Main Campus, and Altoona Campus, Susquehanna University, Bucknell University, Lock Haven University, Mansfield University and Juniata College. He provides legal representation covers criminal and family issues in a nine county area in the Centre Region, including Centre, Clinton, Clearfield, Blair, Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Tioga and Union Counties.
